OK, I let the truck idle for an hour with my AC gauge in the radiator. I had a medium size fan blowing on the front of the truck, I don't know how much that helped? The truck temp stayed at 192* for the entire hour just idleing. It appears my gauge is off. Is there any way to adjust the gauge?

I appreciate everyones suggestions.
