"IF" your starter has the contact lug on top of the starter under the solenoid(probably does not),you should be able to do the swap.

I think you may have to change the whole starter or at least the housing.

There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
