"Oh, does the oil pump go clock-wise or counter clock-wise?"
Depends on your orientation. The distributor shaft drives the oil pump and the distributor shaft rotates clockwise if you are looking at the top of the distributor.
So, if you are looking up at the oil pump gears from the bottom of the engine (pan removed), the shaft-driven gear is turning anti-clockwise.
