Well, it looks like a '62 Chevy to me. It has a '62 grille, but that is a GMC dashboard. It can't see a good enough picture of the hood to say for sure as a Chevy hood and a GMC hood is different. The original side emblems are gone, so that doesn't help either.
I'll get my books out a little later to check on the VIN number, if none one else jumps in till then, but are you sure that first number is a 1 and not a 4?
I like those parts cars by the way. I'm in Virginia, but they are still just a little too far away.
