Wellit is around 12 to 20 bucks and you can basically rebuild the carb on the fender or the tailgate in an hour if you are comfortable with (easy) carbs.It may need to have a good fuel filter put on it as it has been sitting for a while and rust/sediment will most likely be a problem.
You can possibly make it run with the carb that is there.

I would be sure to look /test the brakes as they are prone to loosing fluid if sitting a long time.
Does this truck have the original 9-foot bed on it?
