that's not outrageous, and if you keep it in as good a shape as it is, you should/might get that back for it, if vintage truck toys are still of interest whenever you sell - "run of the mill" old trucks aren't investment material, they're fun to drive and a personal hobby
right now the truck is worth 13 five, a professional or insurance appraiser might say more or less, but when push comes to shove, it's only worth what the one person who "has to have it" is willing to pay, if you can't find that person ....
