I don't believe he wants LED tail lights. From what I read, he is looking for LED indicators for the dash. This is a different problem.
Weed, What you need to do is run a wire from the left and right turn circuit up under the dash. You can use very small wire as LEDs don't pull any current. Get the correct amount of resistor in line with the LED and it should work. You may have to install a diode on each side to keep the voltage from back feeding. Think of the diode as a one way check valve, the small stripe around the body is the valve. Voltage comes in from the other side and flows through the diode, if it tries to back feed, it hits the "valve" and stops. A LED will light with such a small amount of voltage, diodes are all most a must have.
