Tell them (calmly) that they hed better correct their wrong-doings or you will talk to the State Better Business Bureau.
If they do it to one person, they are doing it to others :mad: :mad: :mad:
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
