I've always painted the running boards on my previous projects gloss black. This time, on my '46, i would like to cover them with something that will take some foot traffic and still look factory made. In my mind i see something that looks rubberized, yet smooth and even looking. Maybe it will always just be in my mind. Any suggestions out there. Pictures maybe? Cecil........
