For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | I get a vacuum switch from a late 80,s van & a 2 prong oil pressure switch used for chokes on late 70,s chevs. Put the oil switch in the 4th gear pressure outlet. Hook the vacuum to ported vacuum on the carb. Wire it all together from a acess. outlet on the fuse panel. Some trans. dont have a taped hole for the pressure outlet. I,m not shure how to do it then but there is a way from inside the trans. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | |
