Mine is controlled by the ECM that controls the fuel injection on my 51 But there are a lot of vendors that make a kit that you can install that looks pretty easy to do... Try TCI 200R4 / 700R4 Torque Converter Lock-Up Kit OR there's one from Speedway Motors then there's Bowtie overdrives and like BIG CHEVY 3600 said Phoenix is another awesome builder take makes a kit too... But either way you go you'll still need to hook up a TV cable like Achipmunk already replied... but it's no big deal if it's adjusted right Bowtie overdrives have some real good tech tips on doing that
