I usually have to bleed the brake on one of my 48's every spring. It only takes a few minutes and I usually do it by myself. I still think you may have an adjustment problem, but your brakes are different than mine. I'm a mechanic by trade and I rarely use the pressure bleeder to do brakes, so I don't think that's going to help you much. I wish I was closer so I could see what's up,
