Bob Adler's information indicates that Sheen Gray poly was used on all late 1951 through 1953 interiors. The 1953 Chevrolet Service News (September) describes the radio grill, glovebox cover, and ashtray cover are all (except Suburban) painted this color (PPG 33210 - I have also seen a PPG number 27467, but I have never seen paint chips for any A-D interior colors).

Some references state that earlier Tan Metalli-Chrome shades (two-tone interiors in those years) were used in some 1953 trucks.

I have no idea of what color was used on the rear of the interior mirror.
