For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 469 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 469 | Thanks for the replies. The transmission came as a after market add on and is under direct and over. What I need to know is where to get new seals for the input and output shafts as both leak. Is there any secrets about taking the yokes or are they just like taking the yoke off the rear of a 420. I'm currently running a three speed auxiliary transmission that came from a ten wheeler and weights about 300 lbs. and want something a little lighter. I'm planning on putting it in a 46 Chevy running a 1.5 ton rear with 10 hundred 20's hoping to get a little better road speed. I'll see about getting some pictures. By the way my doodle bug wench truck has a four speed main five speed auxiliary with a two speed rear for a total of 40 forward and 10 speeds reverse. | | |
