Stuart, this alternator has only one big terminal and it is marked BAT. There is a plastic plug riveted in the position on the circumference where I believe another electrical plug could be inserted. This plastic plug is permanent and I can't remove it which led me to believe that maybe it was converted from a 3 wire to a 1 wire. I will take a pic and attempt to post a link so you can see what I am babbling about. Weeds
