Sounds like you should leave the engine alone and drive it.
You don't need more power, as you won't be driving it much, fast, or far.
Fuel consumption will be reasonable as is, and 100 miles a year is nothing.
The cost of an engine swap and all the little things that it takes will add up really quick.
I say drive it as is, or rethink your plans for it.
