Chip, these Panels and Suburbans grow on you don't they. Mine was rusted out in almost the identical places. I found that when replacing the lower left cowl and toeboard pieces that I had not been careful enough. The bracket that holds the E-brake shaft and pedal assembly would not fit up properly to the toeboard and as a result I had to cut it and bolt it on in two pieces. The left inner fender bolts to this piece and I hope I don't have a problem when it comes time to assemble the inner fender. Just thought I would give you a heads up on this particular situation. Keep plugging and when it starts going back together its a good feeling.
