Hi Joe, Thanks for the info. I'm sure with the new cam it should run better. They used cam lube and I have 10-30 Castrol oil in it right now. I'm going to change it in a couple of days. I sure do not want the next cam to go flat like this one. It seems that others stovebolters has th same problem with that brand of cam and not with the others. Either way it will be fixed and running much better. Do you think the 292 would be a better way to go instead of a 250. With milled head and decked block should it do somewhat better and get similar mpgs? Either that or how about a 305/327/350? Would either of these work? Thanks Joe. Henry
