First, I would check the fuel filter. then look inside the carb. Could be water in the bowl. Does the fuel pump work? Disconnect the fuel line to the carb, stick it in a pop bottle that you can see through, and have someone crank the engine. If not, check the flow out of the tank and the line from the tank to the pump. And be sure to check to see if you have spark.
