I'm getting ready to sand blast the frame on my 6400 this week. I mentioned in past threads that the end of the frame is bent outward on the passager side where the front bumper attaches. Last night I put the bumper on the truck to take some measurements and noticed the bumper is caved in about a 1/2". It looks like the truck may have hit a tree at one time at the spot where the bumper attaches to that side of the frame. These big bumpers are thick as h**l and was wondering if anyone has some ideas or suggestions as to how to push it back out. It's not that bad and if I didn't mention it, you'd prolly wouldn't see it.

I was thinking about using the butt end of a 2x4 and shape to the contour of the bumper, lay it on a sand bag, then wack it with a sledge. What do ya think?
