I don't think they'll split that manifold for you. Not good metal, cracks easy and hard to weld. I'd go for the cast iron headers from Langdon's.
I don't know what 2 bbl to recommend but, I can say I had bad experience with several variations of the Rochester 2G.
You should email about your exhaust manifold and be prepared for plan B.
