Pull the vent glass and frame up and to the rear to remove.Be sure to mask off the paint to avoid scratches.You should be able to then remove the glass as there is a large hole in the run channel to release it from the roller.I was able to make a new nylon roller from Napa.Get one that is close and trim it down.Hope this helps.
