wing windows must come out first. There are a few screws across the top that need to come out and 1 bolt at the bottom of the window track. I am pretty sure it is 1/2 inch. You will need to reach as far up in the door you can to reach this or just use an exstension. Then pull the wing window assembly toward the inside and pull out. The with the roll up window about half way up slide it forward and the rear will come out of track....roll the window forward to take the front off the track rollers and lift out
