I have used an 84 trans am rear in a 54 1/2 ton. Worked great. Measure from hub to hub. If it's between 61 and 62 inches, your good to go. I don't know about the front end though, but I'm sure someone else will chime in soon. Good luck. Also check milage on the bird. May need more work than it's worth. (wheel bearings, seals, gears, etc...)
