Wizz, like Fritz says, disconnect the speedo cable at the trannie. If it is still connected to the trannie the cable is still turning. It is just not turning, or in this case, trying to turn the head. Disconnest it at the trannie before you rule it out. The speedo cable could be broke at any point between the trannie and the head. It sure sounds like the problem to me. Good luck. Mike
