Just acquired a '53 3100 from the original owner.
Truck is stock with the original tires still mounted? Now that's original but not too safe.
When I see all of the resto's going on, they sub-frame the trucks with various donors.
Is there a reason why that don't just use a different donor chassis such as a newer Chevy truck with similar dimensions? Is there a full frame truck or ? that will work?
