Chip, the back spline was broke at the j- joint, I screwed something up, I drove it for a few miles and all was well, I drove it to work today and noticed oil,(Fluid)underneath,I got home ok but it was hard to shift, the u-joint area seem to be making a clunking sound so I will go into it again, I did not see it leaking yesterday when I drove it but....question, where the speed cable goes into tranmission, and then where the plug is on the side of the transmission, is this two separate areas as far as filling the fluid level? or will one take care of both needs, I was real careful when I put everythng back, I could not believe it but anyway,,,,thanks for your
