I have no residual valves in my set up. Are you sure you adjusted both shoes at each wheel? Each shoe has an adjuster on the big trucks. Also, make sure the rod that pushes into the boost is adjusted properly. I had to make an adjustable one for mine. Sometimes these systems take a long time to bleed out. Is the master moving fluid? Is there a hydrovac in the system?
