Just pull you old ones off and slide the others on...bearings and all. I couldn't do anything with the rear but I did find a set of 6 lug chrome wheels that set it off with the wide tires! I'm sure some one else will be along shortly that can answer your question completely and with out any doubt. Its only been 35 years since I did that particular one!  | | |
