That happens to one of my trucks sometimes after a winter sleep.I don't jack it up,put the tranny in first gear,engage the starter,the truck moves a foot on the starter power, engine catches,you're motoring.Now just push the clutch to the floor and bump the throttle pedal until it frees.Some times ya need 3 feet, on on the gas, one on the clutch,one on the brake

Of course the above won't work if the truck doesnt have free driving space.
