Hey Wrenchbender, tried your method first and after several attempts it finally popped loose!
Took the truck out for a spin and everything works as flawlessly as it did when I last drove it!
Even had the wife take a couple pics of my ugly mug beside it. Ran the batteries dead in the camera though so I'll have to recharge them before I can download the photos!
