The vapor pressure of motor oil is extremely low so very little, if any, oil vapor droplets would be introduced. I would suspect that you would introduce more oil vapor into the engine (and still a very tiny amount) from residual oil on the cylinder walls than you would from incoming air passing over the oil surface in an oil bath filter.
