I know the brake drums are the same into the late sixites on the half tons also,check with autozone or any other part store. I was going to update my 37 with 51-up brakes and checked with autozone and they could get everything to rebuild and even had a drum in stock,if they can get parts for a half ton they probably can for 3/4 tons too. The drums are the same on the front and back of a half ton,the 3/4 tons might be the same also.
