Check eBay. Original "Cat Eye" glass replacement lenses sell there all the time for the bullet lights, usually $3-$9 each. Look for 1937, 1938, 1939 Chevrolet, Pontiac and Oldsmobile tailight lenses.

Now if someone can finde me stainless bezels for those things (and the barn door taillight)...
