Gone since '99, I had one beautifully-restored (by me!!!) '67 GMC Suburban. It had a 327 4-bbl, auto, ps, pb, 6-hole Rallyes, '69 Blazer front buckets, the two rear seats, liftgate/tailgate, and more! It was one sweet truck! I traded it to a classic dealer in suburban St. Louis, MO in Feb 99 for a '62 Lincoln convertible. He sold it to a guy in western Illinois, and that's the last I've heard of it. It was what I call "forest service green", though it was never a gov't truck. When I repainted it, we did the main body and the interior green, and the window surrounds matte black, and the lower body antracite grey. The original trim came off and on went '92 Chevy truck-style ribbed trim along the beltline, and a '97 GMC Truck tailgate applique over where the original GMC emblem (find one of THOSE!) was. The interior was cloth with green vinyl trim, the inst cluster and glove box door were painted dark metallic green, and it was carpeted front to back. There are two speakers behind the second seat and two in the front doors. It had all-new rubber, weatherstripping, door handles, window cranks, and much more new than I can hope to list. It was really a nice restored truck that I, now regretably, traded off. The lincoln, though a beautiful ragtop, was the epitome of a "money pit"!!!
If you see it, there may still be a sticker in the rear window that says "Oklahoma Street Rod Association". Then, you'll know the truck.
