The frames and springs can go up to $1600, I will never pay that but I have seen them go for that. Repo frames (not sure if they are still being made) go for $1000 each without the springs and the front seat sells consistantly on ebay for around $150-250. If you have the time and the place to store the Suburban and if it has lot's of decent parts but with no title and rusty. If he wants to unload it, offer $600 - $1000, you should be able to trade for parts that you need. ........g
