I just installed my front crankout window, and crank last week. I would bring it to a reputable welding shop, they should be able to tig it together. The problem is, the weld effected zone may not hold up over the long haul. Look for a local metal fab shop. They can laser cut that in no time out of stainless. It may be cheaper and quicker to find a good used one on ebay.
