Hi Steve; I had to replace a faulty thermo. in ol' green just last week. I got a 185 from NAPA but I'd go with a 165 since your weather tends to be on the warm side. I drilled a 1/8" hole in the flat spot of the thermo. Took all of 15 seconds if you don't count the time lost trying to locate the drill bit in what has to be the world's messiest shop. (I cleaned it up since then, now I probably won't be able to find anything)
