3B - 43 is the cab/chassis, 33 is a pu, and I thought 1500 was the 1T 'rated' .... 1938 was when they started the "modern" numbering pattern, and there isn't even a 1400 series listed there, 3/4T to 1.5T were all 1500 with different model numbers, but I think 39 and later they went to 14, 15, 16 series scheme
