Somebody posted an image of original instructions here a few years back.
I remember, cos at the time I installed a vaccum assist fuel pump.
The drawing showed rubber hoses, which should be the stiffer fuel hoses, so they don't collapse or swell in case of oil leak in the pump.
The Input of the pump connects to the wiper - the Output to the manifold.
Just don't use a PCV system when using a vacuum wiper.
The drop in vacuum from the PCV slows the wipers, sometimes to a stop.
