http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d41/coilover/ The painters plastic is about $15 at Home Depot and the aluminum foil is used to quickly cover all the irregular shaped stuff. Get a couple rolls of masking tape, allow a half day for masking, sand any areas needing it, clean, clean, and reclean, prime and paint. It will look factory and alot less time than removal.
