I used a wheel and horn ring from a '64 chevelle on my '53 GMC,it worked okay. It put the wheel rim a little higher than I really wanted,but it fit okay. You might look at a 70's Camaro wheel or something like that-they don't have as much "dish". GM's splines were the same for a lotta years,so there's a lot of possibilities.
