Not every US State has a title requirement, but ALL have registration requirements. So, for example, if a Canadian were to bring in a car/truck from Georgia or Alabama (both non-title states on cars older than (I think) 10 years), I would think the registration would be enough to satisfy Transport Canada, wouldn't it?
