Hy guys, In B.C. before any vehicle imported from outside B.C. can be registered, it must PASS a safety inspection. If you import it as parts and later try to register it without a serial once registered in B.C., it will have to PASS a safety inspection, and it will be assigned a serial number by the government, hope that helps.
