I have both a 1 ton, and a 2 ton AD truck.
My guess by looking at the pictures is that is a true 1 ton dual wheel truck, cab fenders, and frame.
The frame looks small enough, the part that I can see in the pictures, to be a 1 ton. The shape of the bumper also confirms that it is a 1 ton, and not a 4100, which has essentially the same frame, but different bumper and bumper mounting arrangement.
The rear wheels look like the 18" 8 lug that are correct for the 1 ton dual wheel truck, so rear axle is correct.
The front fenders and hood look like the small 1 ton size.
The front axle is from a 2 ton as mentioned earlier. This because of the 5 lug and bolt on hub caps. I believe the wheels are the 19.5" tubeless with probably 8R19.5 tires. They will fit under the 1 ton fenders, as I have run them before on my 1 ton. The front axle and or springs from a 1 ton will also fit the frame on 1.5 and 2 ton trucks, I have installed an axle from my 1 ton in my 2 ton, bolts right in.
So, what we have is a 1 ton dual wheel truck with all the correct parts except for the front axle assembly that is from a 2 ton.
