If that is a 3800 cab, it looks like someone used a '54 1-ton cab and put it on a 1.5 or 2 ton chassis. I've only seen the 5 bolt front/10 bolt rear combination on the 1.5 ton and larger trucks, as TooMany noted in his post. In the picture of the interior of the cab there is what appears to be a second shift lever (it doesn't look like an e-brake handle) that I'm assuming would be for the two speed rear end that is found on the 1.5 ton and larger. If someone has better information on this, please correct me as I'm still learning. Of course all my musings are for naught if someone did something else with the chassis. That's part of the fun of this hobby.
