I know very little about Cameos.However I do know that all Cameos had the large rear window glass.I believe they also had chrome grills bumpers,and the custom cab SS trim around the windows.The Cameos were quite pricey when new,and are a sought out by collectors today.Check out your local book store,there are several books on early pickups and how to distinguish,the different models.
