Tom R, they called me today to inform me that their salesman will be bringing the ornament in tomorrow or Thursday. I'd say that is pretty quick service (left it with them last Thursday morning). The salesman said they take mail/shipped in parts, give an estimate, and if the customer gives the go-ahead, they do the job. If the estimate is not accepted, they ship back--no problem. Soon as I have mine back, I'll let you know what I think.
