Well, since I have been posting on here the last week I suppose I should offically introduce myself and let you know about me so you don't think I am talking out my rear end.
After reading this some will think that I have been "laying in the weeds" with my questions about "what is it worth" but I am never too old or too smart to learn from others. These older trucks are not the normal type of thing that I have played with for many years, so I need all of the help I can get.
I was born on 9/11/1950 (yeah 9-11)
My first job was as a new and used car salesman for a small town Dodge/AMC dealership in Northwestern Illinois from 1968-1974. From that point on I was in the auto business in one facet or another.
I basically retired 9 years ago and now just buy and sell my own real estate and play with old cars.
When I retired I was the Director of Fleet Sales for a large dealership in Phoenix, AZ. selling 1300+ cars per year excluding rental cars.
In the years prior to that I have owned an automotive repair shop, body shop, and managed a Special Vehicle & Equipment company that had a sister RV company. We built and sold anything ODD on wheels from mobile command posts, mobile radio and TV units, handicapped vans, commercial truck & van equipment, etc., etc.
In addition to my work I have been addicted to cars since I was 17. I have a love for ALL types of antique, classic, sports, and muscle cars and trucks. Since the age of 17 I have had aprroximately 150 cars and the following is a list of some of the more notable ones.
