The theory was that you could do them yourself. I am no tire guy and have had luck with dismount.
TAKE THE VALVE STEM OUT!! You can't get into trouble if there is no air pressure. Pre-soak with wd 40, and start at the split. Hammer slightly down and out with big screwdriver and hammer. Should work.
